When will my order ship?
In-stock items are usually shipped within three to five business days. Out of stock items may take 2-4 weeks. We will keep you informed of any delays or backorders.

When will my order arrive?
Every in-stock order is delivered within seven to ten business days, unless a quicker ship method is choosen.

Can I get my items more quickly?
For delivery within three business days (M-F) to any physical address in the lower 48 states, add $7.95 to our standard shipping charge.  For delivery within three business days (M-F) to Alaska or Hawaii, add $9.95 to our standard shipping charge.

To guarantee express delivery by a specific day, orders must be placed by 2:00pm ct.
Shipping upgrades require the recipient's daytime phone number and a street address.  We cannot ship expedited orders to P.O. boxes.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
They are determined on the merchandise total shipped to a single address.

Returns Policy:

Refunds, returns or exchanges must be made within 60 DAYS and be accompanied by original sales receipt.
Apparel must be in original condition with tags attached and never worn or washed, unless it has manufacturer defect.

No returns or refunds on clearance or embroidered merchandise.

Returns on shoes are accepted with original sales receipt within 30 DAYS of purchase. Tags must  still be attached and shoes can only be worn on carpet. No returns on shoes that have been worn to work or elsewhere unless defective.
